Client Profile - The owner of this condominium wanted an updated look for the lobby and public spaces including reception area and club room. He requested that the one- and two-bedroom models be designed to attract young professional buyers who live and work in Atlanta.

Complete Story - The main agenda was to work with the existing floor covering in the main lobby and create the desired updated look. By using applied mosaics the reception desk was updated. This coordinates with mosaic wall detailing used throughout to emphasize architectural detailing. An updated color scheme, faux painting to highlight the tray ceilings and new furniture in a relaxed modern style was specified. A mahogany custom built-in entertainment center added interest to the card room. The two-bedroom model features a Zen theme
giving it a relaxed modern look. The one-bedroom has a Tommy Bahama look achieved through color selection, grasscloth walls enclosed in acrylic for easy maintenance and rich mahogany detailing.
