Client Profile - A successful developer with projects in several different cities across the U.S. commissioned Perla Lichi to design three models for this 28-story rent-to-condo conversion on Miami’s Brickell Key. He wanted each model to represent a distinct lifestyle.

Design Details -
The designers used fabrics and furnishings carefully selected to represent each unique ambiance and from these selections developed unusual wall effects.The modern, mixed-media contemporary model is all about color. A Zen-inspired theme for the second model uses dark woods, stainless steel accessories and accents, and a chocolate brown, turquoise palette. A third model features more traditional styling using cinnamons, coppers and golds. This style will appeal to the resident seeking a more traditional way of life, but with some pizzazz thrown in for good measure. Custom window treatments, area rugs and built-ins highlight each of these individual lifestyle themes.
