Client Profile - This successful South Florida builder commissioned Perla Lichi Design to create a showcase home in a prestigious Fort Lauderdale neighborhood. The client wanted Country French style furnishings in a quality that was "better than the best" and every conceivable amenity was included.

Interior Architectural Detailing - A majestic double staircase in the foyer/entryway lends a wonderful "sense of arrival" to this showcase home, enhanced with an entry table, florals and appropriate accessories. A Country French theme is immediately established in the foyer and flows throughout the three-story canal front home. Old World crystal chandeliers enhance entrance, dining room, and all major living areas.

Where appropriate hardwood flooring is enhanced with hand-painted Country French stencil effects. The formal dining room features hand-painted period wall detailing. A spectacular antique oval table seats 12. Mahogany built-ins, quality mahogany furniture, coordinated seating and luxurious appointments complete the office/den. In general, custom built-ins were designed to enhance the spectacular scope of the spaces, beginning in Great Room. Original custom framed artwork throughout enhances the classic Country French theme
