Over the last 20 years, Perla Lichi has become a major force in the design community. A native of Mexico City, she moved with her family to South Florida in the mid '70s and grew up in Hollywood, Florida. In 1983 she graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. After working with several prominent local designers, she founded her own interior design firm in 1990. Today Perla Lichi Design thrives in high-end residential interior design work, commercial design work, and model merchandising.
Perla Lichi is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She is a Florida State licensed interior designer, FL LIC No. 1727.

Perla Lichi has been honored with numerous Bronze, Silver and Platinum awards for interior design excellence by the Building Industry Association of South Florida. She is unique in having had several outstanding projects singled out for Best of Show Finalist in this prestigious competition. She also earned numerous Prism Awards from the Gold Coast Builders Association, "Design Firm of the Year" from the Latin Builders Association, and was recently honored by as one of the Hispanic Women of Distinction of South Florida in a prestigious charity awards event.
