Client Profile -A Panama developer built a new high rise condominium overlooking the Panama Canal. He commissioned Perla Lichi to design his own private 4,000-sq.-ft. penthouse. He wanted an opulent Old World look that was rich with textures and that featured rather ornate and classically designed furniture and accessories.

Design Details –
This successful businessman wanted a Mediterranean style throughout his three-bedroom throughout his three-bedroom condominium home. After space plans were drawn up and approved, the designers recommended a palette of rich shades of green, brown and gold. A selection of neoclassical furnishings and accessories were selected and layered for maximum visual appeal. The office features an intricately detailed table, hutch and desk. The master bedroom ensemble was created from copper and dark brown fabrics in contrasting patterns, plains, textures and stripes that perfectly reflect the mood of the entire residence. The project required a time period of approximately six months from contract to completion. Unfortunately no photos are presently available of the finished spaces.
