Titusville

Client Profile -Skyrise Developers of Miami commissioned Perla Lichi Design to do three models, the club house sales center, and all main public areas for Bay Towers rent-to-condo conversion in Titusville. The three models were to represent three distinct lifestyles suitable for today’s young, sophisticated, fast-paced central Florida scene.

Design Details –
A major chapter in this design story revolves around the striking effects that can be achieved through faux painting. The one bedroom model is all about texture and color. Mahogany-toned wood-and-leather accents are used in contrast to honey maple built-ins and a mélange of warm coral tones for walls and upholstery. The dining room features a unique custom built-in unit created to accommodate artwork or a flat screen TV. Contemporary square box shelving flanks the table that neatly extends out from the built-in. The bedroom accent wall features a custom faux "book matched" pattern. The two bedroom model represents the minimalist "Zen" contemporary style utilizing cherry woods, stainless steel and a sea foam green, coral and blue color palette. The studio model demonstrates the effectiveness of careful space planning and the magic that it can work in small space living. Here soft shades of coral and taupe are punched with brighter orange.

The lobby and surrounding public areas were given an updated contemporary look. The new lobby features new marble flooring and flowing sheer draperies to enhance the ocean view. Architectural detailing including a triple tray cove ceiling was highlighted with both recessed and down lighting. The sales center, created within the club house, was updated with natural walnut wood flooring. An ordinary bar was redesigned to an extraordinary one, reflecting the transitional contemporary theme of the entire project.
